A few notes:
- Events need to be requested at least 24 hours in advance and may be requested up to one year in advance.
- We will do our best to assign your meeting to your preferred location. However, if a recurring meeting is scheduled for that location, they will have priority.
- Our event request system is set up to accept requests for meetings one hour in length. If you need a space for any length of time other than an hour, please note that in the appropriate box.
- If you need to set up a recurring meeting, let us know in the appropriate box.
- If, when you are selecting a meeting time, there appears to be a conflict, that only means that another event is scheduled somewhere on campus. Please continue to make your event request!
